Sophrology sessions last 75 minutes and are tailored to the individual's needs, difficulties and requirements.

The aim is to help you find simple, effective tools, adapted to your individual needs, that you can practice independently on a daily basis, while guiding you towards a completely relaxed physical and mentale state.

A daily practice of targeted exercises, lasting just a few minutes, is recommended: this regular practice is key to creating impact and achieving results as quickly as possible.
