A long-time handpan enthusiast, I started playing the handpan in 2019.<\/p>

The soothing, resonant sounds of this instrument allow me to enter a meditative state, offering an immersive experience that connects rhythm with inner calm.<\/p>

You can find me playing at the end of one of my yoga classes, by the lake on a sunny afternoon, or during a sound bath.\u00a0<\/p>

An easy way to discover more about the handpan is to join me on a sound journey.
The aim of these sound journeys is to create the most relaxing acoustic atmosphere possible. Through the handpan and a variety of sounds, such as Tibetan singing bowls or kochi chimes, I guide you towards deep, soothing relaxation, creating a small bubble of well-being, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This instrument has the great advantage of being very easy to learn. In general, after a few weeks of learning, you can already be playing something very melodious.<\/p>

During handpan lessons, we concentrate first on the basics, teaching striking techniques, rhythm and melody.
This enables students to quickly gain the confidence to progress and learn to play intuitively and express themselves through the instrument.<\/p>
