Je suis toujours \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;un \u00e9quilibre entre la force et la souplesse, l&rsquo;effort et le rel\u00e2chement. Attendez-vous \u00e0 bouger, transpirer, vous \u00e9tirer et respirer.<\/p><p>Une fondation de base de yoga est de s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 son corps. Chaque personne est unique, avec sa morphologie, ses besoins et ses limites, et il faut les respecter.
