It all started with some back pain\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

I'm a therapist, consultant as well as yoga teacher and have a deep curiosity for exploring the mind and inner dialogues that shape our behaviour and life experiences. \n

\nEssentially, it all started with some back issues. At the age of 18, I was suffering from back pains without any apparent cause. My grandmother introduced me to a series of yoga inspired stretches, which contributed to alleviating these pains. As of that point, there was no turning back.\n

\nSimple stretches turned into a real passion for yoga, through which I discovered mindfulness and sophrology. I started applying various principales in my daily life and rapidly noticed an improved quality of life. There was more abundance in all aspects of my life; I became happier, healthier and found deeper connections in all my relationships!\n

\nAs an academic, engineer and rational thinker, these discoveries were sometimes in contradiction to my formal education and background. However, ultimately, I decided on a drastic career change. My 9 to 5 environmental engineer job was left behind as I began to share the joy I'd discovered by following my passions.\n

I came to realise, that everything comes down to mindset. Everybody has the choice and capacity to create change in life.\n

      • Growing up, home was a tiny village in Switzerland, I often miss the sounds of cow bells in the distance.<\/li>
      • With a background in environmental engineering, I\u2019ve worked for large multinational companies as well as small local NGOs in 7 different countries throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.<\/li>
      • Creative at heart, I enjoy taking time to play music, paint or do artsy workshops.<\/li>
      • Constantly curious, I\u2019m passionate about the unknown. I enjoy going out of my way to try something new, whether it\u2019s trying a new recipe, meeting new people or discovering a different culture.
